SCORING


SCORING is a favored respectively visual working  method and might be used for other project phases too. "Be Creative" is the message of this method. It's a real efficient method who avoids  boring, time-consuming discussions and is finally a real integrative & appreciated benefit.


Pre-Phases  I-IV 

Scoring is a digit system which is evaluating topics accordingly in order to proceed with this phases:

  • Project proposal
  • Project target
  • Target definition
  • Specification Sheet

Scoring

The main topics is gonna to be evaluated with  the highest rating. A voting is unnecessary:

  • Propose topics
  • No voting
  • Agree on scoring
